Parts and Labor Design conceived Double Knot as a descent: a sushi counter and cocktail bar set the tone at street level, while The Amber Room below draws guests further in, where the robatayaki grill anchors a warmer, more intimate atmosphere. The two floors share a material sensibility but operate on different registers, each complete in itself, making the full experience of the restaurant a matter of how far down you want to go.
